Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Live Oak, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Suwannee River Water Management District (District) is requesting proposals for River Access Improvement Projects. There are two project areas included in this proposal. Each project area has a separate scope of work specific to its location and terrain. In conjunction with the scopes of work, each project area has been permitted separately through The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Each projects scopes of work must be completed within the requirements of the issued permits. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials associated with construction including erosion control and water quality measures such as silt fence, turbidity curtain, rip-rap rock, and native plantings. Both project locations are in remote areas. It will be the contractors responsibility to plan accordantly. All permits, maps, and associated materials can be found as attachments to this RFP.
