Stonework and revegetation of the bank on the right bank b) Miscellaneous related work Tenderers may obtain the tender documents on the website of the Electronic Tendering System , by paying the prescribed costs. Only are authorized to bid for the execution of this mandate, bidders having an establishment in Quebec or when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement. This contract is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) as well as the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The tenderer selected by the City, as well as all the tenderers and their subcontractors, are required to comply at all times with the City's contract management by-law in effect at the time of the call for tenders and its appendices. A copy of this by-law is available on the Town's website at: www.temiscouatasurlelac.ca. A copy is also included in the quote. Tenders must be made on the tender form provided with the tender documents and must be accompanied by a tender bond in the form prescribed in the estimate and corresponding to an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the quote including applicable taxes, valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening of tenders The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders presented and reserves the right to accept a tender in whole or in part or to reject all the tenders received and to make, if it deems appropriate, a new quote request. The City declines any responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. It undertakes no obligation of any kind towards the tenderer(s). The contract is awarded by decision of the City Council, at its sole discretion, and the City cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council. The City is in no way liable for the fact that the opinions or documents conveyed by the electronic system contain any errors or omissions whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required.
