Site work and renovation of a civil project in Depue, Illinois. Design plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
As of August 18, 2025, this project is on hold, waiting for funding. A timeline for bidding and construction have not been disclosed. Interested firms shall submit a concise statement of the firm's qualifications, which includes the following information documented in the manner and order below. This RFQ is not an invitation to bid. Responses shall be evaluated based on the relative merits of the qualifications. There will be no public opening and reading of responses received by the Village of DePue. No renovations are currently scheduled but shall include, amongst other services, planning, benefit cost analysis, design and construction regarding relocating the wastewater treatment plant and relocation of the deep flood tunnel on the west side of town. After selecting an engineer, the Village will request a comprehensive study on the wastewater treatment plant and the deep flood tunnel.
