Renovation of a municipal facility in Hampton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Work consists generally of the construction of a new deck structure with associated foundations, interior renovations, and demolition and site restoration. Specifications may be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). NOTE: To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list please call 506-633-5000 or email mcorbett@dillon.ca . Original tender documents will be issued in hard copy via courier or in person and an electronic copy of the tender package will be provided by email. The electronic copy is issued for information purposes only while the hard copy forms the official contract documents. A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Hampton in the amount of Ten (10) percent of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender. Bonding shall be in strict conformance with the Construction Remedies Act.
