Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Hampton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the construction of a 66,700-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Hampton plans to construct a new multi-purpose sports facility to replace its aging arena. The 4650 m2 facility will be built on a 1.2-hectare (30-acre) parcel of land owned by Hampton in the William Bell Drive Business Park. The new facility will house an NHL ice surface, six team dressing rooms, 539 fixed seats, an elevator, raised walking track, 100 seat community room, a kitchen and canteen, and administrative offices.
