Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Hampton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the construction of a 50,052-square-foot, two-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Town of Hampton has contracted Bird Construction Group to act as the construction manager on behalf of the Town for its new Hampton Multi-purpose Facility. The Project will consist of a new multi-purpose sport facility in Hampton, NB. This facility will be approximately 4,650 m2 built on 1.2 hectares of land. It will include an NHL sized ice surface, six dressing rooms, 539 fixed seats, an elevator, a raised walking track, 100 seat community room, kitchen, canteen and administrative offices This tender package TP.01 Steel and Envelope is to be completed as one complete submission and includes, but not limited to: - Pre-Engineered Structure - Structural Steel - Misc Metals (as req'd for this package) - Insulated Metal Panels - Gutters & Downspouts Please forward all questions in writing to my attention via email to: Mark.McGraw@bird.ca Question Deadline 11/09/2023 * The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
