Approximately 1,200 SY of new asphalt parking lot, concrete sidewalks and various pavement markings. Bidders who submit a Bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Issuing Office. Bids from Bidders who are not on the Plan Holders List may be returned as not being responsive. Each bidder must deposit with the bid, security in the amount and form as stated in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 60 days after date of opening and/or to award at any time during the period. State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates for Holmes County will be applicable to this project. An actual hard copy of the applicable wage rates will be provided to the successful bidder by the owner. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and responsible, responsive, bidder. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received.
