Site work for a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of August 11, 2022, project was awarded to Eclipse Co. awarded amount is $316,537.30 ** For the Stafford Basin Inlet Modifications Project. In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: This project will produce a stacked rock wall to eliminate bank erosion and address deficiencies related to scour protection at the inlet of the Stafford Basin stormwater facility. Please refer to the contract documents and the Summary of Work specification 01 11 00 for additional information. Please give yourself 10 minutes in advance of the meeting to allow yourself to get into the virtual meeting. You will be given instructions to open the software application. Once signed on, ensure microphone, speaker and screen are working. We are asking that you provide your contact information in the chat function so that we can compile an attendees list. Please include your name, company affiliation, email address, and phone number. If you are having difficulty accessing the software, please contact Sara Lader at (216) 881-6600, X6052 or (216) 973-3503. A site visit has not been scheduled for this project. Prospective bidders may visit the project site after providing NEORSD with prior notice. Drawings, Specifications and Bid Forms and subsequent addenda will be available for download from a project-specific NEORSD Sharefile site. Prospective bidders will be required to register to obtain a Sharefile account to access these documents. The NEORSD will not be responsible or liable for project addenda that are not received by the bidder due to incorrect or out-of-date contact information. The NEORSD reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received. Bidders shall review the Instructions to Bids and all other contract documents prior to submitting a bid for this project. Due to the project size and duration, Business Opportunity Program goals will not be set for this project. MBE/WBE/SBE firms are encouraged to participate in the prime bidding process.
