Renovation of a fire / police facility in Windsor charter Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The scope of work will be to replace the motor control center located in the penthouse, replace the existing busway feeding miscellaneous sub-panels throughout the building, replace existing primary switchgear line up, and two-unit substations (switchgear). The new medium voltage substations (switchgear) shall have electronic metering and remote connectivity to monitor the gear. Liquidated damages for each Calendar Day that expires after the Contract Time specified in paragraph 4.1.1 for Substantial Completion of the entire Work - until the Work is substantially complete - shall be in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars and No/Cents ($500.00)
