Work Description - The Work, DTMB/MDOS, HVAC Duct Cleaning & Repairs, Lansing, Michigan , Agency No. 171, Funding Code. 171MBFACSOSBLD, DTMB File No. 171/22081.HJD includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Project Scope of Work: This Project is a Duct Cleaning for the following Rooftop HVAC Equipment RTU-1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 13, & 14 + AHU-10 per the contact documents, Project Manual, and Project Drawings. (Including cleaning of the individual RTU and AHU) All work will need to be performed on unoccupied hours to allow for continued operation of the entire facility. This will include removal and replacement of the ceiling tile system, Cleaning/Dusting of tiles prior to reinstallation, duct cleaning by section, disconnect and replace flexible ductwork, repairs to existing ceiling slot diffusers (fiber Board), Start-up of HVAC units, shutdown for each work cycle. A Pre-Balance for each of the HVAC Units to establish the Base Air Flow for each Unit prior to stating the Duct Cleaning Procedures. The scope of project will require the facility to be space cleaned for MDOS operation of the facility by start of work the next business day, including vacuuming and furniture dusting as required. Sections of the ceiling system will be allowed to remain open for a limited period of time, in coordination with scheduled HVAC Duct Cleaning work areas. The General Contractor will provide a detailed CPM schedule adjusted weekly for the entire Project to allow for DTMB & MDOS operation to function normally.
