Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tangipahoa, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project consists of: Construction of a new 20 wide asphaltic concrete roadway, Pate Lane for use as a north exit from Old Covington Highway to Chappappeela Sports Park, about 1,256 linear feet in length; including about 4,202 SY of grade & shape base; 500 CY of unclassified excavation; 2,200 CY of imported earthen subbase/base; 3,950 SY of lime stabilized subbase; 3,400 SY of soil cement base; 500 TN of hot asphaltic concrete wearing surface (3 thick); 100 TN of limestone base/temporary riding surface; 250 SY of 8 thick PC Concrete aprons; 428 LF of storm drain pipes (15 48 diameter RCP); 4 EA concrete catch basins w/cast iron grate inlets; 100 SY of 30# rip-rap; ditches; traffic signs and posts; bridge guardrail & posts; roadway markings; miscellaneous clearing, sitework, and erosion control; and associated work as called for on the drawings, indicated on the Bid Form, or reasonably implied. Contract Term: 150 calendar days Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders
