This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by KGS Group as Owner's Engineer on behalf of the Water Security Agency ("WSA") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for WSA-2022OE-0101 - Spillway Anchoring and Underdrainage Installation at West Val Marie Dam, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables"). As part of this RFQ the successful respondent will provide all labour, equipment, materials, subcontracting, management and supervision necessary to install spillway anchors and underdrainage infrastructure at the West Val Marie dam spillway, located on the Frenchman River approximately 23 kilometers northwest of the Town of Val Marie, Saskatchewan.
