Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Memramcook, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Work under this Contract generally includes the supply of all labour, materials, plant, equipment and incidentals necessary for upgrades to the existing track and field facility, including reconstruction of the track subbase, aggregates and asphalt, new synthetic track surface, new event facilities, installation of storm sewers and a French drain system, site grading and drainage improvements, facility lighting upgrades and all reinstatement. Each Tender shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price, payable to the Village de Memramcook. The successful Tenderer will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the value of the Contract, or a Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the value of the Contract amount upon award.
