The scope of work includes Design & Construction Services to upgrade the specific NLEC occupied classrooms located on the 2nd Floor. A similar renovation of NLED spaces occurred in 2014. The scope of work for this task order includes upgrades and renovations to match those completed in 2014. Provide design and construction services to renovate two classrooms, 204 and 205 and convert classroom 203 into office/cubicle layout for 10-15 persons totaling 3,120 SF. All Classrooms, 203, 204 and 205 are to receive new carpet, 48" AFF stained wood panel wainscot and baseboard, painted gypsum wall board walls, vinyl covered walls, new acoustical ceiling system, upgraded mechanical, electrical-lighting and power, AV/IT systems, cyber security, life safety systems, 72" solid wood kitchen cabinetry with solid surface countertops and integral back splash, and window treatments. All Classrooms will receive new HVAC system, including new air conditioning utilizing the existing chiller system. Provide and install AV supporting infrastructure, as provided in the 2014 renovation, and include all magnetic smart white boards, marker white boards, tack boards, projection screens and associated mounts and ceiling projectors with associated ceiling projector mounts.
