Site work and paving for a road / highway in Westford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work consists of the excavation of Bituminous Concrete by Cold Planer and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications attached hereto including without limitation MassDOT Specifications for Highways and Bridges, MassDOT Supplemental Specifications, and MassDOT Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The work will be required at various locations throughout the Town of Westford. The initial term of this Agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year from the Commencement Date and shall automatically renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms unless both Contractor and the Owner agree in writing to not renew this Agreement.
