Site work for a water / sewer project in West Columbia, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of rehabilitating 47 sanitary sewer manholes. Rehabilitation systems will include Polyurethane based pressure grouting of leaks around pipe penetrations entering the manholes that show signs of infiltration, grouting 4 service penetrations, relining the interiors of 5 of the 47 manholes with cementitious rehabilitation system or cured in place manhole liners and resetting and grouting one manhole frame and cover. Qualifications of Bidders, insurer, and sureties are set forth in the Bidding Documents. Bidders are notified that there are minimum experience requirements in the Instructions to Bidders and/or Technical Specifications.
