Location of Work: Blacksburg Campus Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University (Virginia Tech) will be prequalifying Construction Managers at Risk for the New Business Building Project (Project) and is requesting Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications from interested Offerors for CM at Risk services. The intent of this solicitation is to select three to five prequalified Construction Managers at Risk deemed best suited by Virginia Tech to provide pre-construction and construction phase services for the proposed project. Upon completion of the RFQ process, the prequalified Construction Managers at Risk will receive a copy of the Request for CM at Risk Proposals (RFP). All inquiries for information shall be submitted in writing by e-mail, via the attached RFI form (Attachment 3), no later than 10 days prior to proposal due date.
