University is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals for selection of a General Contractor firm for the following project: Labs - Clark and Yu, SARAH M. & CHARLES E. SEAY BUILDING, (SEA) pursuant to Sec. 51.783, Texas Education Code, in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this RFP 22CSP012 / CP856695. This RFP provides sufficient information for interested parties to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by the University. The budget range for the project is approximately $450,000.00 to $700,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
