Establish a contract for services to provide generator maintenance, repair and inspection at the Austin Headquarter Buildings. This SOW is for services to provide routine generator inspection, preventative maintenance and repairs, to include but not limited to Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and related components, for the Austin Headquarter Buildings. TxDOT reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any response, waive minor technicalities, and make an award to best serve the interests of the state. TxDOT reserves the right to reject any response not prepared and submitted in accordance with the solicitation requirements.
