Wastewater treatment works include; The small aerated pond type wastewater treatment plant (category 3) with phosphorus removal and the outfall; The main pumping station as well as the discharge pipe with purge chamber; Each tender must be accompanied by the "declaration of the tenderer" attached in Appendix 4 and the attestation from Revenu Québec. The MUNICIPALITY does not necessarily undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any costs or any obligation of any kind towards the tenderer(s). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
