Reference number : 1627364 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-08-11 Electronic bid submission accepted: No The Municipality of St-Isidore is requesting bids for "snow removal, maintenance and spreading of salt on the streets and rows of the Municipality of St-Isidore for the winters of 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025" . A tender guarantee in the minimum amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total value of the tender must accompany the tender. This guarantee may be in the form of a certified check drawn on a Canadian chartered bank, a savings bank, a credit union doing business in Quebec, or a bid bond in accordance with the bid bond form. The tenderer must also accompany his tender with one of the following commitment forms: a) an institution authorized to stand surety and authorized to do business in Quebec guaranteeing the issuance of a performance bond for the contract and a bond for obligations for wages, goods and services, in accordance with the requirements of the call for tenders or; b) a financial institution authorized to do business in Quebec or a credit union established in Quebec, guaranteeing the issue, in favor of the Municipality, of a certified bank draft or check, in order to guarantee the execution of the contract and the obligations for wages, materials and services, in accordance with the requirements of the Bidding Documents. The commitment form accompanying the tender must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline for receipt of tenders. To obtain information during the call for tenders, the tenderer must contact only the designated representative of the Municipality, and this, until the date and time of the official opening of the tenders.
