Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lantana, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and all incidentals and appurtenances for the Construction of a stormwater pumping station and related improvements. Construction includes MOT's, complying with permit conditions, and all restoration work for a complete and operating system. The work is located on or in the Town of Lantana's property, rights-of-way, and/or easements. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to insure that all required pages are included in the Bid. Therefore, all Bidders are advised to thoroughly examine the Invitation to Bid. One contract will be awarded for all work outlined and described in the Invitation to Bid. Bid Bond 5% of gross sum name in bid. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
