Statements of qualifications shall include information regarding the firm's history and financial stability; the technical expertise, availability and location of the staff dedicated to the project; the firm's experience in performing similar engineering design and ability to perform similar work in a timely manner; lists of projects and contact names (including email and phone numbers) for similar projects; evidence of proper certification and/or licensing to do business in the State of Ohio; project approach; and any previous work performed for the City of Napoleon. Following this evaluation, the City of Napoleon will enter into contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm. The preliminary project description is as follows: Name of Project: Napoleon IS5 Line Relocation Location: Napoleon Industrial Substation, Napoleon Southside Substation, AMP Generation Substation and IS5 Line Description: This scope covers the Substation and T-line design activities for the IS5 Line Relocation. This will be a temporary line relocation of the AMP Generation line terminating to the Napoleon Industrial Substation.
