Include weekly pickup of a one-yard dumpster at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, a two-yard dumpster (which may need to be dumped twice a week at Town s request), a two-yard dumpster at the Town Park, trash cans located in the ' downtown area, and trash can at the Town Hall. Bidders must provide a dollar fee per residential pickup per month. The number of monthly units will be determined by the number of households billed each month and may vary from month to month. The Town currently bills 590 households per month. Bids will include trash pickup one day per week, preferably Tuesday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Also, the bid must include one Spring Clean Day in May where appliances, furniture, boxes, bags, and other items not normally removed are picked up and removed at no extra charge. The Town of Rossville provides curbside recycling. This is to be picked up twice a month, preferably on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. Bidder must provide a dollar fee per residential pickup per month to include curbside recycling. Trash must be picked up in a regular trash truck equipped with a rear loader or side loader with no leakage allowed to drain from the truck. All drivers must be properly licensed for applicable vehicles. The bidder must provide proof of a minimum of $500,000.00 liability insurance. The bidder must sign an Indiana Iran Investment Certification and Indiana Legal Employment Certification.
