Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Rossville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
The structure is a 50,000-gallon cone roof elevated water storage tank with a high-water level of 125 ft. located at 208 N. East St. in Rossville, Indiana. Demolish the steel structure. Note that the concrete foundations and pit are to remain in place. Also, the town would like to keep a portion of the structuormation:re, up to approximately 1,000 pounds of one of the legs and a section of the bowl. The Contractor is to abide by the following schedule: Commence work on or after November 1, 2023. Work hours are 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday through Sunday. Substantial Completion by March 31, 2024. The project is to be performed in a maximum of 10 days
