The contract is effective October 1 , 2022 for a one-year term with one (1) one-year renewal option. The award of the contract will be done by lot. Questions and requests for clarification relating to the tender documents must be sent at least three working days before the deadline set for the receipt of tenders, by email , to Caroline Tremblay, tremblay.caroline@cscapitale.qc. that . A bid guarantee of 10% of the total amount submitted is required. The deadline for receiving complaints filed with the school board under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65-1) is June 13, 2022. Only tenders from suppliers having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement will be considered for the purposes of awarding the contract.
