This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the "Town") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Craigleith Heritage Depot Exterior Renovations, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). Originally built in the 1880's as a train station, the Craigleith Heritage Depot is now a cultural landmark and community centre for the Town and surrounding populations. The facility acts as a welcome centre, an archive, a museum, and a gathering hub for various activities. The Town invites qualified contractors to provide all materials, tools and equipment, labour, transportation, and supervision to complete the replacement of the following exterior components of the Craigleith Heritage Depot. - Exterior Cladding/Siding Replacement - Turret Refurbishment - Exterior Window and Door Replacement Documents can be obtained at: https://thebluemountains.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Thu Jun 9, 2022 4:30:00 PM (EDT) award is subject to final approval.
