The work includes the field verification of the existing fiber optics and conduits over 36,000 feet of existing right-of-way to connect the existing fiber-optic system to the desired location. The design of system improvements will include conduits, cables, pull boxes, connections, bridge attachments, and other related appurtenances to complete the system. Paulding County considers this to be a turnkey project in which one awarded vendor will provide all aspects of the RFP without outsourcing components. The awarded vendor will maintain staff designers, civil and network engineers, construction crews, and certified fiber optic installers. All question for RFP must be turned in by June 17 at 4:00 P.M. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities and re-advertise.
