Hamilton County, Tennessee is soliciting sealed submission of qualifications to facilitate the selection of Licensed Master Plumbers to contract for Private Service Lateral Program (PSLP) 2022 Renewal (WWTA Project No. 22-321) for the Hamilton County Water & Wastewater Treatment Authority (WWTA), as per specifications. The primary point of contact for this RFQ shall be: Lindsey Parrish, RFQ Coordinator Hamilton County Procurement Department Phone: (423) 209-6350 Email: BidQuestions@HamiltonTN The selection of qualified vendors shall establish registry of Qualified Licensed Master Plumbers to provide PSLP services for a one (1) year term with agreed upon unit pricing, with three (3) additional one-year renewal options under the same terms and conditions. Shall a renewal occur, all renewal rights, all terms, conditions and provisions of the original contract will remain the same and apply during the renewal period with the possible exception of rate adjustments and minor scope additions and/or deletions. These services may be contracted for Hamilton County, Tennessee or Hamilton County WWTA PSLP projects during the term of the contract. WWTA reserves the right to add new/additional qualified vendors to the registry of Qualified Licensed Master Plumbers to provide PSLP services within ninety (90) days of any renewal. Any proposal received that does not meet the requirements of this RFQ may be considered to be non-responsive, and the proposal may be rejected. Proposers must comply with all of the terms of this RFQ and all applicable state laws and regulations. Proposers may not restrict the rights of the County or otherwise qualify their proposals. If a Proposer does so, the County may determine the proposal to be a non-responsive counteroffer, and the proposal may be rejected.
