Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish on behalf of Lanier Technical College to establish a renewable, annual contract with one qualified supplier who will provide Lawn and Grounds Maintenance for the Forsyth Campus (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. Lanier Technical College is requesting quotes for lawn and grounds maintenance for our Forsyth county campus, located at 3410 Ronald Reagan Boulevard, Cumming, GA 30041. Under the terms of this contract, the Contractor shall provide overall grounds maintenance that result in a clean, attractive, and well-groomed appearance at all times.. Review the eRFQ Instructions document, the Scope of Work, the Mandatory Requirements Sheet, and the Cost Proposal Sheet located within the attachments section of the Team Georgia Marketplace bid event for more information about the requested services. 6/17/2022 All questions concerning this eRFQ must be submitted in writing via email to the Issuing Officer identified in Section 1.5. No questions other than written will be accepted. No response other than written will be binding upon the State. All suppliers must submit questions by the deadline identified in the Schedule of Events for submitting questions. Suppliers are cautioned that the State Entity may or may not elect to entertain late questions or questions submitted by any other method than as directed by this section.
