Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Liberty, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of August 17, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. It is the intent of the Contract Documents to provide the requirements and specifications for the construction associated Liberty Municipal Golf Course Parking Lot Expansion Project. The project is generally described as the expansion and repair of asphalt parking lots by the placement of base materials and surface materials as required in the contract documents A more detailed project scope for the project includes but is not limited to: Install SWPPP Remove existing concrete, asphalt road and base Excavate subgrade to the required depth as shown in the plans Treat subgrade with lime Furnish, place, shape and compact new limestone base, prime surface for HMA Place new hot mix asphalt and concrete surfaces and pipe bollards Remove existing paint stripping and replace with new paint stripping Final site cleanup *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
