Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Liberty, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,173-square-foot fire / police facility.

Bidders must submit Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, Certified Check or irrevocable Letter of Credit issued by a bank satisfactory to the Owner, payable without recourse to the order of the City of Liberty in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the largest possible bid amount as a guaranty that the Bidder will enter into contract and execute bond and guaranty in the form provided within fourteen (14) calendar days after date of Notice of Award of the contract. Bids without required financial security deposit will not be considered. The Owner reserves the right, after opening Bids, to reject any or all bids or to make award to the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder and reject all other bids.
