Renovation of a fire / police facility in Lisbon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The principal items for which proposals are invited are: 550 LF Remove and Replace Concrete Masonry Unit Joint Mortar 70 LF Remove and Replace Concrete Masonry Unit 250 LF Grout and Seal Concrete Masonry Unit Cracks with Sealant 150 EA Remove and Replace Control Joint Sealant Bids shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Town of Lisbon in an amount equal to 5% of the Bid, as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, the Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond, and the Insurance Certificate(s), as required by the Contract Documents, within 15 days after the Notice of Award of the Contract by the Town of Lisbon. Failure on the part of the Bidder to do so will result in forfeiture of the Bidder's Certified Check or Bid Bond to the Town of Lisbon as liquidated damages. Qualified bidders will be notified by the Engineer prior to the above bid date.
