Pre-Qualification: Yes Description: The principal items for which proposals are invited are: 26,500 SY Pulverize Asphalt Pavement 650 SY Mill Asphalt Pavement, Full Depth 3,300 CY Undercutting and Base Course 1,900 TN Shoulder Restoration 9,000 TN Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement 6,100 LF Epoxy Pavement Markings 12,000 SY Landscape Restoration Additional Description: Bidders are required to submit the Bidders Proof of Responsibility to the Engineer by January 19, 2023. Qualified bidders will be notified by the Engineer prior to the above bid date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Town of Lisbon in an amount equal to 5% of the Bid, as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, the Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond, and the Insurance Certificate(s), as required by the Contract Documents, within 15 days after the Notice of Award of the Contract by the Town of Lisbon. Failure on the part of the Bidder to do so will result in forfeiture of the Bidder's Certified Check or Bid Bond to the Town of Lisbon as liquidated damages. Bidders are required to submit the Bidders Proof of Responsibility to the Engineer by January 19, 2023. Qualified bidders will be notified by the Engineer prior to the above bid date.
