Removal and replacement/reconfiguration of existing underground utilities as required to support the new work. 2. Construction: a. Construction of new asphalt and concrete paving systems including concrete curb and gutter. b. Installation of new exterior cladding systems on all existing building exterior wall assemblies. 3.
