Competition for this contract is limited to SDVOSB procurement in accordance with the Brooks A-E Act, as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6. These A-E services are intended to support the renovation and modernization of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Complex in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The work will mainly support the structural and non-structural seismic upgrades to the ten (10) buildings of the complex.
