Project Description: The selected contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, material necessary to repair the damaged exterior wall at south bed tower at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS). The Intent of this Construction Project is to repair outdoor wall in the South Bed Tower in accordance with SOW, VAAR, FAR, VHA PG, VAAM, referenced specifications and reference drawing. This procurement is for construction services to Repair Damaged Exterior Wall at South Bed Tower. The South Bed Tower is a six-story building with a penthouse floor, elevator machine room floor and an upper elevator machine room floor. The building is connected in the north side in the first two floors by the Main Building. The construction services encompass the repair and/or replacement of all wall elements included, but not limited to, metal studs, gypsum board, cement paneling, plastering, insulation, exterior cladding, etc. Work also includes painting all repaired surfaces.
