The Northeast Maryland Waste Disposal Authority is soliciting bids for a contractor to provide one (1) year of on-call complete litter pick-up at the Quarantine Road Sanitary Landfill (QRL), located at 6100 Quarantine Road, Curtis Bay, MD 21226. There are two, one-year extension terms that can be exercised at the sole discretion of the Authority. The callouts under this agreement are estimated to be three (3) times in a calendar year, each with a duration of five (5) to ten (10) consecutive workdays for the term of the agreement. There is not a guarantee as to how often service will be requested. Callouts for service will be subject to weather and other conditions. Each call-out is for a full 8-hour day, plus a maximum of 1.5 hours of travel.
