The City of Baltimores Bureau of Procurement is seeking informal bids to remove and replace concrete slab. This is a one-time procurement. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. In order to be considered for an award, all Bidders must be registered electronically and in good standing with the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation. All questions in reference to this bid must be submitted under the Q&A tab, which is where all responses will be provided so all bidders have access to this information. The Contractor shall provide and pay for any and all labor, supervision, employee pay-roll and benefits, work uniforms, worker identification badges, tools, equipment (such as trucks and other vehicles, and special tools and equipment), fuels such as diesel and gasoline, oils and lubricants, materials, trash bags, etc.), parts, delivery/transport, transportation, loading and unloading, transport containers, repairs and maintenance of equipment, storage and repair facilities, and all other supplies and/or services necessary for and reasonably incidental to complete the job. Remove and replace existing 6" slab at area measured with S. White - 3500psi concrete to reinstall with wire mesh. Work includes removal and disposal of existing concrete. Removal of bleachers, penalty boxes, and equipment will be performed by City employees at the Mimi DiPietro Ice Rink located at 200 S. Linwood Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21224. There are 5 Interior locations Approximately 2,100sf.
