Renovation of a stadium in Frankfort, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

1. The project consists of replacements & EIFS repairs at Exum Center. 2. Roof Replacements: a. Tear off existing built up roof membrane, sheet metal, metal counter flashings, stone copings, EIFS copings and roof components as indicated. Install new rigid insulation, tapered insulation, metal components and 2-Ply SBS-Modified Bituminous Membrane system as indicated on the drawings. b. Remove and reinstall existing lightning protection. c. Install new roof hatches 3. EIFS Repairs: a. Inspect and repair areas of damaged insulation b. Remove existing sealant at control joints & perimeters of wall penetrations and install new sealant c.. Clean & seal EIFS surfaces over roof areas Estimated Length of Project: 320 (Substantial Completion) + 30 (Final Completion) All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee (in the form of a bid bond or certified check) of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the lump sum base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and a separate 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instructions to Bidders and/or General Conditions. Bonds should be executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The Division of Engineering and Contract Administration, Commonwealth of Kentucky, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Commonwealth may be served. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
