Saving Project...

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Menifee, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a wastewater treatment plant.

The Perris Desalter's SCADA & electric rooms located at 29541 Murrieta Rd. Sun City, CA 92586 has a ten-year-old UPS that provides power to the SCADA and network rack in one room, and the PLC cabinet in the electric room. Both units are at end of life and have indicated failure with replacement parts unavailable. The Contractor awarded this RFP will provide a replacement design for two UPS systems at the Perris Desalter Plants. The Design will be a turn-key replacement with as-builts and training on selected models. The unit will provide 30 to 90-minute of UPS power for the SCADA rack on one unit and the PLC system on the other. The Contractor will be responsible for the removal/disposal of the existing UPS and the installation of both new UPS units. The Contractor shall also train EMWD staff on the new UPS units. This will require a C-10 construction license. Questions Due Date: Jun 15th 2022, 4:00 PM PDT The plan sets for this project require a nondisclosure agreement and interested bidders must get the plan sets from Eastern Municipal Water District
