The City of Victoria (City) is requesting proposals for consulting services for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system design. The firm selected will assist the City by providing technical and management services and assist in the decision-making process regarding the design and replacement of our upgrade to the City's current SCADA system. For the purposes of this project, firms should consider this project as a complete design of a new SCADA system. While the City has some specific needs already identified, staff are seeking unique thoughts and ideas from the selected firm related to created design specifications.Project Completion January 2024 Questions Due in Writing June 20, 2022 Responses to Questions Distributed June 24,2022 After the design phase, the selected Firm will develop the detailed design bid documents and will coordinate the bid and award processes. The Firm will also provide quality control monitoring services during the build and implementation or upgrade of the SCADA system to ensure the project meets design and project specifications. The Firm selected to guide the City through the design and bid processes will NOT be allowed to bid on the build project.Start Contract August 2022 The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or to request additional information from any and all proposers for the purposes of clarification.
