Working plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the construction of a 14,000-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

Proposals ("Responses") for Construction Management services consisting of pre-construction services, developing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), and construction of the Police Department Expansion project located at 230 Cypress Lane in the Palm Springs Municipal Complex (the "Project"). The Project includes, but is not limited to the construction of an approximately 14,000 square foot two (2) story building; the renovation and hardening of the existing one (1) story PD building; and all associated site improvements including sufficient public and secured parking, access roads, drainage, utility infrastructure, etc., hereinafter referred to as the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (CM) AT RISK SERVICES FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT EXPANSION. The selected Construction Management firm will function as a general contractor responsible for publicly bidding trade contracts, all scheduling and coordination of the Project, and the successful, timely, and economical completion of the Project. The selected Construction Manager (CM) will provide preconstruction and construction services and will be responsible for construction pursuant to a contractually guaranteed maximum price.
