CITY OF SEVEN HILLS Bidders shall be a plan holder of record with the City in order for their bid to be considered. The character and amount of the Bid Performance Bonds are also stated in the Instruction to Bidders. All proposals shall be in conformity with the Ohio Revised Code and the contracts shall be awarded in accordance with the provisions thereof. The regulations of the State of Ohio relative to the procurements of labor, wage rates and hours of employment shall apply. The Ordinances and Resolutions of the City of Seven Hills, Drug Free Workplace Policy for Municipal Construction Projects, shall apply. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after scheduled closing date for receipt of bids. The scope of work generally consists of the reflectorized pavement marking or striping of certain roadways within the City of Seven Hills; and other related items as specified herein; and shall include the furnishing of all material, labor, equipment, tools and services for and incidental to the improvements proposed by this contract. The location of the pavement markings and striping shall be as shown on the street list that is part of these specifications and as directed by the Engineer. The Service Director and/or City Engineer may reject any work found to be deficient in materials or workmanship and the Contractor shall replace such defective work at no additional cost.
