Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Valley City, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Plans call for a bike park in Centennial Park, just north of the West Valley Skatepark. It will consist of tunnels, various ramps, asphalt and wood circuits with humps and curves to jump, roll and drop. As of March 07, 2023, the project has been approved by the City of West Valley City. A general contractor has been selected. Construction is expected to start Spring 2023. No firm timeline as to when construction is anticipated to be finished.
