Renovation of an educational facility in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A complete list of subcontractors to be used for these projects shall be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours after the bid date and time listed above to the Office of Facilities Planning, 30 East Texar Dr., Room 158, Pensacola, FL 32503. Attention: M. Keith Wasdin, Director. Only bids from Pre-qualified Contractors will be accepted. Any bid received after the above-mentioned date and time will not be considered. The Owner reserves the right to waive formalities in the bidding and reject any/and or all bids. Bid award recommendations to the Board are pending subject to final review and verification of required documents. This notice is posted at the Facilities Planning portal. The School District of Escambia County, Florida, M. Keith Wasdin; Director, Facilities Planning. Only bids from prequalified mechanical contractors acting as the prime contractor with a permanent office located within 100 miles of the project site from which installation & warranty work will be performed will be accepted.
