This project in general shall consists of removal and replacement of approximately 17,600 S.F. of asphalt from football stadium gate to stadium seating area. Grade and compact existing subgrade. Adding minus base rock as needed to keep existing elevation. Grade and replacement 2 1/2"-inch compacted thickness of asphalt. 3,600 S.F. walking path to stadium seating. The District has established an estimated project budget of $150,000 for completing the turnkey construction of the Project.The start date for the project June 20, 2022 and the scheduled date for Substantial Completion of the Work is August 31, 2022. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Security in an amount equal to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the maximum amount of the Bid Proposal, inclusive of any additive Alternate Bid Item(s).Latest Time/date for Submission of Questions for Bid 1:00 P.m.
