Renovation of an educational facility in Weed, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.
General Notes: 1. The following scope is offered as assistance to complete a thorough scope letter. Bids and budget breakout shall include a scope letter prepared by the contractor. 2. This work shall be completed per plans, markups, and specifications. 3. Pre-bid RFI's should be submitted if the plans are not thorough, lack dimensions, or if you have questions pertaining to this bid. 4. Review all pages of the plans, specifications, and the Scope Clarification document. 5. Budget breakout (itemized bid schedule sheet) is required for all scopes. 6. Contractors shall notify CRM Group of any long lead items or material supply issues that could affect the schedule. 7. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all work under contract meets or exceeds the OSHA standards, ensuring safe work performance of employees and subcontractors. Each field supervisor or foreman must conduct at least one on-the-job or toolbox safety meeting each week, and all employees under their supervision must attend. The field supervisor or foreman must maintain a record of each meeting, including signatures of attendees, and make it available for review by CRM Group via email. 8. Contractor shall begin work within 5 days from the Notice to Proceed and complete the work in 20 working days (days onsite). Contractor shall provide necessary equipment and workers to ensure this schedule is met. Question Deadline 07/13/2023 at 4:00 PM PT
