Site work for a civil project in Westmont, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
Stabilization of wet bottom detention basin banks with stone treatment and dredging of sediment. Project includes dewatering, earth excavation and disposal, bank stabilization, dredging, minor storm sewer improvements, seeding/plantings, gateway signage installation, and erosion control measures. City/County - Westmont Conversion of an open water basin within the St. Joseph's creek watershed into a wetland. Removal and replacement of culverts carrying St. Joseph's creek under 61st street with 8' x 3' pre-cast box culverts. Project location: North & South of 61st Street just east of Cumnor Road, Village of Westmont Proposals requiring prequalification of bidders will be issued only to those contractors who are qualified with the Department of Transportation. Prequalification forms may be secured from the Engineer of Construction, Administration Building, 2300 South Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, IL 62764. ILDOT - Conversion of an Open Water Basin All Bidders must contact Vince Di Prima at vdiprima@wbkengineering.com to get the documents and be considered eligible.
