On-Call Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Maintenance and Repair Services Bidders shall perform uninterrupted power supply (UPS) services as set forth in this solicitation which may include without limitation: scheduled maintenance, upgrades and repairs to County UPS systems. Contractor shall be familiar with emergency power systems, and all associated emergency equipment. Contractor shall provide all technical and professional services, including labor, equipment, test equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide the Services as directed and determined by County staff. All questions must be received no later than Monday, June 20, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. The estimated amount of this contract is: The Contra Costa County Public Works Department (PWD) intends to award at least one (1), but not more than two (2) contracts, total of contracts not to exceed $600,000 to the responsible bidder(s). Each contract will have a term of three (3) years with the option of two (2) one-year extensions, and will be used as needed with no minimum amount that has to be spent.
